suspension reporting

My name is Alex McLeod and I will be the person that ALL suspendible offences will be reported to. All suspendibleinfractions shall be entered into TTM by either the teams Head Coach, Manager or other designated person. I will confirmthese suspensions for those teams and notify of any changes. Any and all games served will be entered into TTM by theteams designated individual. I will respond to any questions as quickly as I can. PLEASE DO NOT CALL ME AFTER 9P.M. UNLESS IT IS AN EMERGENCY. Suspendible offences are to be reported within 24 hours of the offence beinghanded out. Failure to do so may result in further disciplinary action. I expect to receive all game sheets from your team which includes all exhibition, tournament, league, and playoff games. The games sheets should be forwarded to me via email, no text messages please, within 24 hours of playing the game. District 2 teams participating in the Upper Canada Minor Hockey League will also report to me. All hearings will be held in their respective Districts. SUSPENSIONS CAN ONLY BE SERVED IN LEAGUE PLAY, PLAYOFFS, AND TOURNAMENTS. Exhibition games do not count towards games being served nor can the suspended individual participatein said games Do not ask a referee what the suspension will be as they may not know. Some offences accumulate and there are different assessments for multiple infractions. Jurisdictions outside of HEO sometimes carry a different amount of games assessed. If you are not sure of what is suspendible please call me. It's better to be safe than sorry. Please be aware that any 5 minute major penalty will carry at least a one game suspension. The type of major penalty assessed will determine how many games the player will receive.
