Suspension Reporting

All suspendable offences will be reported to Alex McLeod and he will be responsible for handing out the number of games that a player will receive.  Suspendable offences can be called into him at (613) 803-1644 (leave a message) or thyy can be e-mailed to him at mcleod000.d1@gmail.com.  He will respond as quickly as possible.  Please do not call after 10 PM unless it is an emergency.   Suspendable offences are to be reported within 24 hours of the offence being handed out.

Alex will be the person that will receive all game sheets from your team for exhibition, tournament and league games.  The game sheets should be sent to him within 48 hours of playing the game.  Suspensions can only be served in league play and tournaments, exhibition games do not count.

Do not ask a referee what the suspension will be as they may not know.  Some offences accumulate and there are different suspensions for different circumstances.

If a coach plays a player that is under suspension that coach will be immediately suspended until a hearing in Ottawa by HEO Minor.

If you are not sure of what is a suspendable offence please call, its better to be safe than sorry.  Please be aware that any 5 minute major penalty will carry at least a one game suspension.  The type of major penalty will determine how many games the player will get.

Please provide Alex McLeod with head coach and managers full contact information at the start of each season as soon as possible.

If you have any further questions with regards to suspensions please contact Alex.
