TRYOUT FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED AND MAILED WITH PAYMENT.

Medical Information Form (unnecessary if attending King's Conditioning Camp)
TRYOUT REGISTRATIONS MUST BE MAILED.
CHILDREN WHO REGISTER TO TRY-OUT FOR THE CYCLONES MAY ALSO REGISTER TO TRY-OUT WITH THE KINGS IF SUCCESSFUL IN MAKING THE CYCLONES TEAM THE KINGS WILL GIVE A FULL TRY-OUT REFUND.
